When I formed TerraNova Alliance, I chose the phoenix as our symbol for a very specific reason: it represents the power of transformation. In the world of real estate, there are countless properties—RV parks, mobile home communities, and urban spaces—that have been overlooked or under-managed. We don’t see these as “alternative” assets; we see them as the essential foundations of the American workforce that are ready to rise.
We created this blog to be a dedicated space for the “how” and the “why” behind our mission. While our main site handles the business of the Alliance, TerraNova Perspectives is where we will dive deep into the specific mechanics of our three core pillars:
- Mobile Home Parks: How we preserve and professionalize the most affordable path to homeownership.
- RV Parks: Why the “work-from-anywhere” economy has turned recreational assets into vital housing infrastructure.
- Co-Living: How we are solving the urban density crisis through shared, high-quality residential models.
I have brought together a dream team of partners to share in this mission. Mitch Hardington, Chief Operating Office, brings years of experience in development and capital raising. Victoria Smith, Chief Marketing Officer, brings over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience to deliver the message of affordability.
